Featured Chef: Patrick G McHugh

Patrick is an accomplished Master Chef with 23 years of experience. He’s faced the heat in kitchens across the globe; from the five-star Hotels in Amsterdam and Middle East to renowned European restaurants. Patrick has left his own brand of culinary impressions as Head Chef in the Hole In The Wall in Dublin; the latter awarded Black & White Pub Of The Year and honoured in Egon Ronay’s Guide.pat2.jpg

He has also worked in the Far East, as Executive Chef in Delaney’s International, where he brought a taste of the Irish to Hong Kong and Bangkok, and later as General Manager of Delaney’s Kuala Lumpur. Patrick also owned and operated his own F&B consultancy business in Dublin, Ireland. Patrick is Chef and part owner of Sandias Restaurant at 44 Plaza Damansara, Bukit Damansara K.L.
