We are currently seeking an Senior Chef de Partie on behalf of a well-known hotel in Dublin. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated and skilled chef to join their dynamic team. As part of a busy hotel restaurant, the ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in your designated section.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, maintaining the hotel’s quality and consistency.
- Maintain strict hygiene and health standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet service demands and deadlines.
- Ensure that all food is delivered promptly and meets guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, in a busy kitchen.
- Must be HACCP trained and have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments, keeping cool and ensuring quality.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proven experience in managing and motivating a team to work efficiently and harmoniously.
